SAFETY

We have always prioritised safety and cleanliness with our services, but now more than ever it is vital that we uphold the highest standards in this regard. 

Our new party package operates within a Covid-secure environment.  We have adapted our usual party hire so that we have a set venue where we can maintain these high standards. We have also reduced maximum numbers so that this is achievable.  You now also benefit from having a member of Dinky Drivers staff on site throughout the party to ensure these measures are in place and cleaning is done at regular intervals. We really want you to relax and enjoy the party with friends and family and leave the hard work to us!  

 

The new party package includes the following new measures: 

  • Maintaining a 2-metre distance from others when entering the venue.

  • All guests signing our ‘Track and Trace’ register in compliance with government guidance.  

  • No more than 30 people on site for the party duration

  • Hand sanitising on arrival for all guests. Also regular hand washing and hand hygiene advisory throughout.

  • Guests to maintain social distancing within the venue in compliance with government guidance.

  • All guests over the age of 12 to wear face coverings indoors with the exception of when eating/drinking.

  • Regular cleaning of the equipment throughout the party as and when required.

  • Regular cleaning of key touch points around the venue throughout the party.

  • Additional disinfectant wipes and bins available for guests to clean as they go if desired.

  • Reduction in some party equipment to ensure all items used can be cleaned and maintained throughout and in between hire periods

  • Thorough cleaning/sterilisation of the venue and Dinky Drivers equipment before and after the event.

  • Ensuring good ventilation by having windows and doors open where possible.

  • Limiting the use of the kitchen facilities to Dinky Drivers only to maintain a clean environment.

  • Limit numbers of people using toilet facilities at any one time.

  • Having a one-way system in place for entering and exit to the venue.  

  • Disposable (compostable) tableware to ensure single use

  • Use of our partner caterers 'The Dinky Diner' to provide Covid-secure party food preparation and consumption.
